1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 T. Minced onion
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 c. Bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. Milk
2 T. Shortening
2 T. Flour
1 T. Paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Hot water
1 beef bullion cube
3/4 c. Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix, then chill. Make 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown. Bake in 300º oven until done. Mix rest of ingredients except sour cream. Cook until hot, add sour cream. Add meatballs, heat through. Do not boil.
