Whole chicken, cut up
2 tbsp Oil
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato sauce (spaghetti sauce or 1/2 cup tomato paste)
1/2 beer
Spices: garlic salt, oregano, parsley, cilantro, salt
1 lb.Thick pasta (If you can find it, there is a long macaroni noodle that works well)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan, saute the onions with the oil. Then add the chopped-up peeled tomatoes, beer, tomato sauce and spices to taste.
2. Add the chicken pieces. If the liquid does not cover the chicken, add a little chicken broth or water.
3. Cook chicken until tender.
4. Cook pasta al dente, drain well and add to chicken. Cook 10 to 15 minutes more. (Add a pat of butter, if desired)

Mushrooms could be added to the chicken for a variation.
