1 1/2 lbs ground chicken 1 c chicken stock
1 T grill seasoning 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 egg 12 crusty dollar rolls
1 c grated parmesan cheese 1 1/2 c shredded provolone or
1/2 c Italian bread crumbs mozzarella
1 T dried parsley
olive oil for drizzling plus 3 T
2 large cloves garlic,cracked from skin and split
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1 28oz can crushed tomato

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 425. Place chicken in bowl and seasoning,egg half of parmesan,bread crumbs,parsley,and good drizzle of olive oil. Mix the meat and form 12 large meatballs,then flatten slightly. Bake meatballs 15 minutes till golden and firm. While meatballs are baking,heat a skillet over med heat add 3 T
olive oil and garlic cook 5 minutes then remove cloves,add crushed pepper flake and tomatoes,then stir in chicken stock.Season sauce with salt and pepper simmer 10 minutes and basil.When meatballs are done put them in sauce.
Split rolls and lightly toast under broiler. In bowl mix provolone and remaining parmesan.Top each roll with a meatball and spoonful of sauce and cheese.return to broiler to melt cheese.
