1 9" pie shell
4 - 6 large apples, pared, cored, cubed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Mix together 1/2 c. sugar, 2 T. flour and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Toss cubed apples in mixture until well coated. Fill pie shell with mixture.
2.) Cut together until crumbly: 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. flour, and 1/2 c. butter for topping.
3.) Sprinkle topping over apples in pie shell.
4.) Place pie in large brown paper bag closed with paper clips. Set bag on baking sheet.
5.) Bake at 400º for one hour.
