1. Have some Halloween fun! Each year I carve 5 pumpkins. Place all seeds in strainer. Wash and separate seeds from pumpkin goop.

2. Place seeds spread out on sheet and let dry.

3. Pour 1 cup of salt in a brown paper bag.

4. Add seeds and shake well.

5. On a large cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil, place seeds spread out.

6. Heat oven at 350 degrees and bake until golden brown.

7. Let cool and enjoy.
