Ingredients:
4 lbs. London broil or round steak
8 oz. bottled Italian dressing
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 cup beef broth
1 cup red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef into strips and marinate in dressing overnight. I use a large gallon ziplock bag.

The next day, mix together:
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder

Use this breading and coat each piece of meat and set meat aside to air dry about 20 minutes.
Then brown each piece of meat in olive oil. This is trickiest part because need to be careful to avoid breading falling off.

Layer in roasting pan:
1st layer of meat
2nd layer sliced mushrooms (will need about 3 cups)
3rd layer sprinkle parmesan cheese (need about ½ cup)
Repeat

Pour over all layers a mixture of beef broth (1 cup) and red wine (1 cup)

Bake covered 350 for 3 hours.
