1 egg, beaten
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup grated old cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 slice bread for each tart

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except bread, together in a large bowl. Butter the bread on one side. Place bread, buttered side down in a muffin cup. Add filling. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 12 tarts, or you can add more ground beef to make 18 tarts.
