8 oz pork sausage
1/4 cup chopped onions
14 oz can of sauerkraut - well drained
Plain bread crumbs
3 oz cream cheese - softened
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
Milk
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
* Brown sausage and onions, drain. Add rest of ingredients, mix well
* Chill overnight
* Shape into small balls
* Take 2 eggs and beat with milk
* Roll balls in flour then egg then bread crumbs - in that order
* Deep fry and drain on paper towels
*If you freeze, place on cookie sheet and bake at 375º for 15 to 20 min.
