Stalk Celery
Sweet Green Peppers
Garlic
2 quarts water
1 quart vinegar
1 cup salt
Dill - to taste
*Note-if you can't find fresh dill buy dill seed from grocery store

Directions:
Directions:
Use small firm green tomatoes.
* Pack into clean glass jars.
* Add to each quart jar a clove of garlic, 1 stalk celery and 1 green pepper cut into fourths.
* Make a brine of water, vinegar and salt and boil with the dill for 5 minutes.
* Pour hot brine over tomatoes in jars and seal at once.

Will be ready for use in 4 to 6 weeks.
*Note-If you like them hot add one dried red pepper to each jar, you can get the dried hot peppers at the grocery store.
