2 round loaves sourdough bread
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 small can water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top off 1 loaf of bread and hollow it out. Break other loaf into bite-sized pieces of bread. In a bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, chopped spinach and finely chopped water chestnuts. Let stand in fridge as long as possible before serving. Pour mixture into hollowed out bread. Serve with bread pieces for dipping.
