4 Med. Vidalia Onions
4 Pads of Butter
4 Beef Bullion Cubes
Garlic Salt
Croutons
Shredded Cheese
Tin Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Rip off a sheet of foil large enough to completely seal each onion individually - Peel onions - scoop a hole in the top of each onion large enough to fit one bouillon cube - place onions on each foil - place a butter pad in each hole 1st then a bouillon cube on top of the butter - bring foil up around to the top of each onion and twist to seal (kinda looks like an onion). Place on the grill for 30- 45 mins (or in oven for 60 mins). Open foil just enough to drop in some croutons and cheese and reseal for approximately. 5 mins (just until the cheese melts). Leave in the foil to contain juice and as it's own bowl.
