White Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

1 Lb. French Bread
1 Qt. Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Eggs
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Tablespoons vanilla

Sauce for top:
12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Tear French bread into small pieces and pour cream on top. In separate bowl beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix this into the bread mixture. Place in a 13x9 greased pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.

To make the sauce for the top:

Melt the chocolate chips and cream in microwave. Mix together thoroughly. Drizzle on top of each piece of bread pudding.

This is a recipe I learned to make when I moved to the South. It is something the YW leaders traditionally made the Sunday before Christmas for the YW in the ward. They look forward to it every. It is so rich you can only afford to eat it once a year! Fabulous holiday treat!
