5 1/2 lbs. of pickles (medium size)
14 cups of water
9 teaspoons of chopped garlic
10 oz. of Heinz White Vinegar
6 oz. of canning salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tbsp. mixed all-spice
1 stalk or bunch of dill for pickling
3 red hot peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and thoroughly dry 5 1/2 lbs. of medium-sized pickles.
2. Place pickles into large crock.
3. Mix water, salt, vinegar and garlic in a separate pot.
4. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
5. Pour dry ingredients into crock over pickles.
6. Pour liquid mixture into crock. Make sure to mix well before adding.
7. Place entire bunch of dill on top of the pickles.
8. Place saucer of water on top to weigh down dill. Let set for 24 hours.
9. Refrigerate the next day, ready to eat in about 2 days.
