1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar

Add and beat:
4 eggs

Fold in:
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
6-7 slices white bread, cubed

Bake in a 8 or 9 inch uncovered casserole at 350º for one hour.
