Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Lemons
1 Lime
1 Orange
1 Red Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Onion
Flour or Corn Tortillas

Beans
1 Large Can of Pinto Beans (I prefer Sun Vista)
1 Jalapeño
1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt

Optional Garnishes
Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Taco Sauce, Avocado, Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Juice the lemons, lime, and orange and place in a bag or tupperware with the uncooked chicken. Marinate overnight. Once marinated grill the chicken. Usually about 3-5 min each side depending upon the size. Cut chicken and set aside. Slice peppers and onions into long strips and sauté. Once they are translucent you can add the chicken and mix up. While the peppers are cooking you should roast the jalapeño over an open flame until black. Under running water remove charred skin and then cut in half. Remove seeds and then dice. Add diced jalapeños and garlic salt and cook on low/med heat until cooked thoroughly.

Personal Notes:
Unless you have something that sucks the air out or a Revio machine I highly suggest letting it marinate the full night. Those other things will marinate it faster. You want the chicken to be full of citrus flavour so don't skip out on this step.
