1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter, soft
1 c. peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix well, then add flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 375º for 9 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
