1 whole rotisserie chicken
1 bag (or fresh bunch) spinach
1 container feta cheese
1/2 small red onion
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 jar julienned marinated sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 jar Garlic Expressions or Roasted Garlic salad dressing

Remove all chicken from bones. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Cut spinach into a rough chop into 1 inch pieces. Finely chop onion, artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together with dressing.

This is a delicious main dish type of salad. Easy to make and everyone loves it! Serve with a cup of soup and/or some crusty bread. Surprisingly, this salads holds up well for the following day leftovers.
