8 slices bacon
4-6 slices American cheese
4 eggs
1 c milk
salt & pepper to taste

Lightly butter pie pan. Brown six slices of bacon. Line pie pan with cheese slices. Beat eggs with milk. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 min. Crumble remaining bacon and place over top of casserole. Bake 10 more min.
