1 1/2 c oil
3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c drained crushed pineapple
2 raw grated carrots
2 1/2 c flour
1 t cinnamon
1 t soda
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
1 c chopped nuts
Topping:
2/3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cube butter of margarine
1 t vanilla
1 t milk
1 lb pd sugar 2/3 pkg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ing in mixing bowl, add pineapple and carrots stir until well blended add small amts at a time of next ing. Fold in vanilla and nuts. Bake in oblong pan well grease and floured for 50 min at 350º. Mix all topping ing and put on cake when it is cold.
