2 full cups sugar
scant 1/2 cup vinegar adding enough water to make 1 cup liquid
1/4 t soda
coloring

2nd Recipe:
1 cup brown sugar
1 T butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c water
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1st Recipe
Boil till brittle sugar and water/vinegar mix till brittle. remove from heat add coloring and soda, pour over puffed rice and form into balls.

2nd Recipe
Boil till crisp or cracks in cold water, pour over one pk puffed rice.
