1 Nutty Pie Crust recipe
1 can pumpkin
1 Tbsp butter or coconut butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup coconut milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

Prepare Nutty Pie Crust following recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl or food processor, mix pumpkin and butter. Add eggs and mix until fluffy.
Meanwhile, in a sparate bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Combine coconut milk, apple cider vinegar and mixture of spices to the bowl containing the pumpkin.
Mix until fully combined. Add honey or maple syrup.
Pour contents into prepared pie crust and bake for 10 minutes a 400º then reduce heat to 325º and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
