2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3-4 eggs
½ cup melted butter
milk to thin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk until the batter has a pudding-like consistency. Dollop onto a hot, well buttered griddle and let cook until the edges appear dry and bubbles appear on the top surface. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook until they are done on the other side. Place finished pancakes on a warming rack, and serve once the batch is done.

I love this recipe because of the ridiculous amounts of leavening agents and butter. They are incredibly fluffy and probably not very good for you. Toss in a handful of wheat germ if you feel the need to lessen any guilty feelings.
