2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 c. Oatmeal
1 1/2 c. Raisins
1 c. Unsalted Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Whisk dry ingredients and set aside.

Combine wet ingredients with the mixer on low.

Gradually increase speed on mixer to high until mixture becomes fluffy and the color lightens.

Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture.

DO NOT Overmix.

Stir in the Oats and Raisins.

Place on cooking sheet with Non-Stick spray.

Bake 11-13 minutes.
