1 c. Shortening
1 c. White Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Plain Flour
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 c. Oatmeal
2 c. Crushed Cornflakes
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together: shortening, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla
Sift together and add to above: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
Add to mixture: oatmeal, cornflakes, coconut, and pecans
Mix all ingredients
Drop on a greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350º for 15 min.
They will harden some as they cool
