8 lb bone in ham
3-4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp cloves
2 Tbsp dry mustard
about 1 cup apple juice to make a very stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off fat and rind on ham. Mix dry ingredients add juice enough to make a very stiff dough and roll out to 1/4 inch thick, after rolling it out sprinkle extra flour on top. Place flat side of ham on top of dough and bring up the crust around sides. Use additional flour on the crust if needed to aid in completely covering the ham. Start ham in cold oven, line pan with foil this is important, bake 20 mins per pound at 325º. Let sit until crust has cooled some, then peel crust off the meat, do not eat crust.

This makes your ham so good you have never tasted so good. Do not use this with boneless ham.
