1 c. celery, chopped or sliced
1 c. carrots, chopped or sliced
salt and pepper to taste
3 or 4 onions
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 or 3 tbsp. tapioca
2 cans of tomatoes
2 tbsp. sugar
water about 1/4 cup

Add ingredients in over proof pot and cover and cook in oven for 5 hours at 200º
