Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb. Salmon Fillet
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/3 c. Soy Sauce
1/3 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Water
1/4 c. Canola Oil
1 lg Garlic Clove, minced
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 c. Sour cream
1 Lemon Wedge, juiced
1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp. fresh Rosemary, minced
1-1/2 tsp. fresh Sage, minced
1/2-1 tsp. chives
freshly ground Pepper
1 Baguette, sliced (1/4")and toasted
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Pat salmon dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with Lemon Pepper. Place in a ziplock bag. Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over salmon fillet (I also added 1-2 TBSP bourbon). Marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.

With a mixer, combine Cream Cheese and Sour Cream. Add the next six ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to mature.

Broil Baguette slices (on both sides), until golden. Rub warm slices with a clove of garlic. Allow to cool completely.

Grill Salmon, until it flakes with a fork. Do not overcook....it will continue to cook when it is removed from the grill......8-10 minutes(total).

Build your crostini with a slice of baguette (or a cracker), a slather of cream cheese spread, and top with flaked salmon. If desired, drizzle with sage oil (a whole other recipe!!)

Use various herbs for the cream cheese spread, according to the seasons. Dill is delicious during spring and summer.

Easy Peasy Salmon Crostini:
Buy toasted sliced baguettes, or use only crackers. Buy a tub of flavored (herbs and garlic) cream cheese spread. Buy smoked salmon. Presto! You have the makings of another delicious Salmon Crostini :-)
