24 oz. fresh. sliced strawberries
1/2 c granulated sugar
(2) 5 oz. pkgs instant vanilla pudding
3 c cold milk
2 (12 oz.) whipped toppings
8 oz. sour cream
5 oz. strawberry gelatin
2 boxes vanilla wafers
1 sprig of fresh mint

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat strawberries. sugar and strawberry gelatin just enough to let
gelatin dissolve.
2. Refrigerate until cool.
3. In a bowl mix instant pudding, milk, sour cream, and one container of
whipped topping until thick. (Use less milk for thicker consistency.)
4. Begin lining a serving bowl with vanilla wafers. Then continue with a
layer of the strawberry mixture, then the pudding, then the vanilla
wafers and continue in that order until all ingredients are used.
5. Top with the other container of whipped topping.
6. Garnish with a few reserved sliced strawberries and a twig of fresh
mint (optional). Refrigerate until served.
