1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes; cut in small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and puree in a food processor. Pour in a 1 quart casserole and bake at 325 F. for 15-20 minutes, uncovered.

Reheats well. Can be stored in refrigerator for days. Serve with crackers, French bread or melba toast.
