3 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Braggs
1/2 Napa cabbage (Shredded)
1/2 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 medium red onion
2 green onions
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Combine vinegar, lime juice, oil, ginger & Braggs in a small bowl; mix well. Combine cabbage, carrot, red & green onions, cilantro in a large bowl & mix well with the dressing. Let salad marinate, covered in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
