2 cups sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 cups hot water

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 Scor chocolate bars
some butterscotch topping

Directions:
Directions:
Whip together the first four ingredients then to that add the rest of the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 and cook for about 40 minutes.

When that is out of the oven, poke holes in the top with the handle end of a wooden spoon. Crumble up one Scor chocolate bar and sprinkle over the cake putting some pieces in the holes. Over the top, pour one can of sweetened condensed milk and one can of butterscotch topping. When it is cooled, cover with cool whip and spring more Scor chunks on top.
