Directions:
Directions:
Divide the biscuits in half (should have 16)
roll out until thin and sprinkle a pinch of sugar and cinnamon in each (I make a mixture of the cinnamon/sugar together)
Peel and core your apples and Quarter each one add one quarter to each biscuit and roll up place seam side down in baking dish.

Heat the one cube butter, sugar apple juice and cinnamon to a boil. add enough cornstarch mixed with water to make a "THIN" sauce Pour over the top of the dumplings and bake for 4-45 min on 300º. Heat the brown sugar, water and vanilla to a boil simmer until it reduces and you can use as a sauce over hot dumplings. These are REALLY good served warm with vanilla ice cream.

You could also BUY the caramel sauce or just serve with the juice of the dumplings, I like more SAUCE than what the dish gives off.
