1 Package frozen chopped spinach, 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, 1 3-oz. can French fried onions, 2 tomatoes, sliced, 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach and broccoli as directed but just until they are thawed. Drain. Stir in condensed cream of celery soup and tarragon. Place mixture into 19X12X2" baking dish or regular 2 qt. casserole dish. Place sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the tomatoes. Sprinkle the French fried onions on the cheese. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes in a 350
degree oven.
