Ingredients:
Ingredients:
This recipe will do one square baking dish, and if you want to do the rectangle 9x13, double the recipe

1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of flour
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
½ cup of butter
6 ounces of chocolate chips
¼ cup of sugar
1 egg, separated
1&1/2 teaspoon of water
½ teaspoon of vanilla
½ cup of brown sugar
¼ cup of brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl, beat eggs whites until they are stiff. Once they are, add the ½ cup of brown sugar

In one bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder

In a different bowl, cream the butter, sugar and the ¼ cup of brown sugar, then add the egg yolk, water and vanilla.
Mix Well.
Stir in the dry mixture, to this bowl.
Press into a greased pan
Spread chocolate chips evenly

The top is a bit tricky. You want to spoon it over the chocolate chips, but if you try to do a big blob and spread it around, it will take the chocolate chips with it. You have to put a bunch of smaller scoops on top and gently move it so it spreads.

Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes
