5 cups hot water
2 tablespoons instant chicken bouillon granules
1 large can(46 ounces) chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken
1 teaspoon salt
15 baby carrots, cut in thirds
3 cups egg noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except egg noodles in greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
