Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 or more pork loin roast (if you get a different kind of pork roast you will need to remove the fat after cooking but before shredding)
- BBQ Sauce - your preference
- Dinner Rolls from Costco or any other roll you prefer

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the Pork Roast with a cup of water in the crock pot on low all day. You can even put the roast in the crock pot frozen.

It is done when you can shred the meat with two forks. So, when it is done, shred the meat but keep it chunky.

Add as much BBQ sauce as you prefer or even let each person add the sauce after putting the meat on their roll.

Good size family

Personal Notes:
This is very easy and will serve alot of people. 1 roast will serve a good sized family and more will serve your family and guests and work for any get together or party you might have.

Serve with cole slaw, green salad, chips, etc.

Chicken can be cooked this way also and then shredded for tacos or casseroles.
