2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2-2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup (I use 2 cans)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hash browns, melted butter and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
Mix sour cream, salt and both soups in another bowl.
Add this mixture to the first mixture.
Turn carefully with a large spoon so potatoes are covered with the sour cream and soup mixture.
Spray the 13x9x2 " baking dish with Pam.
Pour the mixture into the pan.

TOPPING:
2 c. corn flakes- crushed
1/2 c. margarine, melted.
Mix together and put on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350º for approx. 1 hr.
