8 medium potatoes
1/4 cups butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 -1/2 cups corn flakes
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and grate potatoes. Set aside. Heat 1/4 cup butter with cream of chicken soup in saucepan (until butter is melted). Blend sour cream and onions into the soup mixture. Stir all into the potatoes and mix well. Place in 9 x 13 baking pan.

Crush corn flakes and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. (this is optional. I personally prefer the casserole without the topping).

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
