4 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
salt and pepper
2 lbs. stew beef
2 potatoes cut into 1 in. pieces (about 2 cups)
4 c. cabbage, cut into pieces
4 carrots cut into 1/2 in. pieces (about 2 cups)
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can corn
1 can small lima beans
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, place water, onion and some salt and pepper. Cook until onion is tender. Add potatoes, cabbage and carrots and cook until they start to become tender. Add tomatoes, sauce and canned vegetables. Add worcestershire sauce and vinegar and cook about 30 minutes.
