2 cans navy beans
3 cans (10 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 1/4 cups onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1 (4oz.) can green chopped chilies
1 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3/4 cup Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except cheese) in pot or crockpot. Simmer until onions are done. Serve with cheese on top. You may just use 2 cans of broth if you desire a thicker chili
