5lbs wild salmon fillet
½ cup white wine
½ cup olive oil
½ cup coarse mustard
½ cup tamari or coconut aminos
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 bunch fresh dill, minced

Directions:

Mix white wine through pepper together. Pour over fish. Spread garlic, onion and dill over fish. Cover and marinate overnight. Bake, covered at 400° 20 minutes. Uncover, bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
