Salad:
2 slices uncured black forest ham
2 slices natural provolone cheese
4 slices each of Genoa salami, capocollo and supressata
4 cups romaine salad mix
Olive relish dressing

Olive Relish Dressing:
¾ cups extra virgin olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon (about 2 tbsp.)
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp. honey
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
2 roasted red peppers, finely chopped
3 pepperoncini
½ cup green olives with pimento, coarsely chopped
½ cups pitted kalamata olives, chopped
1 tsp. capers
black pepper to taste

For the salad:
Slice meats and cheeses into 1/4” wide strips.
Layer lettuce mix with meats, cheese and olive relish

For the dressing:
Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl, set aside until needed.
