1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1/3 C evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 C butter (melted)
1/3 C evaporated milk
1 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, combine caramel and milk. Cook and stir until melted. Take off heat, but leave over hot water. Grease a 9x13 pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, milk and butter. Stir by hand. Put half of the butter mixture in the pan; spread. Bake for 6 minutes at 350º Sprinkle chocolate chips and caramel mixture over this. Sprinkle the rest of the cake mix on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
