1 CAN EVAPORATIVE MILK
1 ONION FINELY CHOPPED
1 TOMATO DICED
1 CAN CHOPPED JALAPEŅOS (4 OZ)
4 CANS CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES (IF YOU HAVE FRESH CHILIES, ITS EVEN BETTER) APPROXIMATELY 1 CUP
BAG OF TORTILLA CHIPS

PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A CROCKPOT. PUT IT ON LOW FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS. STIR OCCASIONALLY WHILE IT IS MELTING. SERVE HOT WITH CHIPS.
YOU CAN ADD MORE JALAPEŅOS IF YOU LIKE IT SPICIER!
