1 3/4 C flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar (packed firm)
1/2 C margarine or shortening
1/2 C peanut butter
1 egg
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
48 miniature peanut butter cups
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except candy, in a large mixer bowl; mix on low speed until dough forms. Shape dough into balls with teaspoon. Place in an ungreased miniature muffin tin. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Top each cookie immediately with miniature peanut butter cup, pressing down firmly until the cookie cracks around the edge.
