Spinach
1/4 C. pecans
1 T (+1 tsp) sugar
1 C fresh strawberries (sliced)
1/4 C red onion (optional)

DRESSING:
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/4 C half and half
1 1/2 T Sour cream
1 C. sugar
1-2 T poppy seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Mix nuts and sugar in a skillet. Heat, stirring constantly until the sugar melts & the nuts are browned (WATCH CAREFULLY). Cool on wax paper. Mix onions and strawberries. Add spinach and nuts and dressing before serving or have guests add as desired.
