2 hard-cooked egg yolks, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp. dark mustard
1 1/2 cups real mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Dash of hot red pepper sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well; transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Serve with meat or seafood.
