5 Lbs Ground Beef
5 Tbs Tenderquick Salt
1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
2 Tbs Garlic Salt
2 Tbs Mustard Seed
2 Tbs Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Dry Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well with hands. Keep in refrigerator for 24 hours, mix again. Form all into small loafs. Bake on a broiler pan for a good 8 hours at 200. Can be frozen for a short period of time.
