Ingredients:  
1 lb any steak cut into bite size pieces
2 boneless chicken breasts - boiled and cut into bite size pieces
4 small to medium potatoes - peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 pkg Zatarans New Orleans Black Beans & Rice
3 cans chicken broth
1 small can tomato paste
2-4 diced green jalapenos (if you don't like spice, add small can of diced green chili's instead)
1 pkg shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add small amount of vegetable oil to a 2 qt sauce pan and brown steak. Add the rest of the ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes until potatoes are cooked through. Will be very thick. Use extra can of broth to thin if you like. Top with cheese when serving.
