1 1/2 pounds round steak cut thin
(dust with flour, salt and pepper)
1/4 c. Butter
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. Chopped onion
1 small clove garlic
1 can beef broth
1 c. Sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in butter. Add mushroom, garlic and onion. Sauté. Add beef broth, cover and cook one hour. Stir in sour cream at end. Serve over noodles.
